CONDITIONS OF SALES

Below conditions only apply to Internet RJCapture selling.

 

PRICES

Prices are on Euros / Dollars without taxes.

 

PAYMENT

Payments by credit cards are accepted.
We also accept payments by bank transfers.

 

DELIVERY

The software is exclusively delivered by download.
The full version's code is sent to the email entered on the payment's references.

 

VERSION

The customer can download a free trial version of RJCapture.
This trial allows to test all the functions of the software.

Therefore, there are some limitations:

1. Informations are printed out for the first 100 lines only,
2. The export function is disabled.

The upgrade code of the full version unlock these limitations without reinstall.

 

UPDATES - MAINTENANCE

For this software to be usable in an ever-changing environment: online telephone directories, Internet standards, firewalls ..., the RJ CAPTURE team ensures a regular adaptive maintenance that must be remunerated at its fair value, depending on the satisfaction of the service provided.
Thus the RJ-Capture software comes with access codes valid for one year and updated regularly.
From one year of use, an annual participation of the customer will be requested to keep his licenses (one license per computer).
The amount of this annual contribution is applied to the number of options renewed at a decreasing rate.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This software is protected by the Intellectual Property Code.
It is for private use only.
All other uses of the software is strictly forbidden.

 

RESPONSABILITY

This software have to be used according to the legislation of the country where the product is delivered to the customer.
The responsability of our company couldn't be engaged in case of disrepect of this clause.
The user of this software must, before ordering this software, check with local authorities the legal disclosures about importation and use of such a software.
Our company will not be taken for responsable for any of indirects dommages as loss of exploitation, loss of profits, loss of lucks, dommages or bills resulting of the use or installation of RJCapture.

 

LITIGATION

The present contract is under Mauritius' law. In case of suit, the Maurician's court will be the only competent court.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATIONS

Our company binds not to sell, share or give the customer's informations transmited to us.
These informations will be used only for the sells between the customer and our company.
They will stay confidential.
